3. A 7yr old girl complains of a rash on her chest and painful joints. On further questioning you discover she had suffered a sore throat only a fortnight ago.
4. A young fit 22yr old is rushed into A&E after complaining of a severe chest pain and breathlessness. A loud fourth heart sound is heard.
5. A 55yr old male presents to A&E with a sharp centralised chest pain which is relieved by sitting forwards. A pericardial rub is heard at the left sternal edge.
